Shipping

Where do you ship to?

I currently only ship orders from my website to the UK. Any international orders can be placed via my Etsy store.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow 3-4 working days for your order to be made. It will then be sent out via Royal Mail 2nd Class post. This usually takes 2-3 working days.

How do I track my order?

Any orders over the value of £20 will have a Royal Mail tracking number that is given at time of dispatch.

Returns

How do I return an item?

Non-Personalised items

I hope that you won't want/need to return anything you order from The Hidden Shed. But in the event that you do, I have a 30-day return policy on non-personalised items, which means you have up to 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact me at hello@thehiddenshed.co.uk. If your return is accepted, I will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Personalised Items

Personalised items are not eligible for a return. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We can then evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Customised or Personalised items cannot be returned.

 Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, anything from the perfectly imperfect range or items sold in the sample sale. 

How long does it take to process my return?

I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, i'll process the refund immediately and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Can I exchange for a different item?

Absolutely - as long as the item isn't personalised. Contact me to arrange.

General

Can I personalise my print wording and colours?

You definitely can. I love working with you to customise prints to suit your home. I'll happily send mock ups across to you until we get the print exactly as you want it.

Do you do vouchers?

Yes I do - send an email to hello@thehiddenshed.co.uk with the specifics of what you want.

Do you take commissions?

Absolutely! Contact me at hello@thehiddenshed.co.uk with your requirements.

Are there more wheels or doors in the world?
